Video call: basics for experts

ExpertBox video calls let you provide your clients with high-quality service wherever you are in the world.

A video call becomes available 15 minutes before an appointment begins.
Video calls let you have conversations with up to 12 people at a time. Both expert and client hosts can invite members to join a call by sharing a video call link.
You can always extend the time of your call. A video call room will remain available as long as you or another expert is there or for at least 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment end time.
Your subscription plan contains a certain number of video conference hours per month. You’ll be billed an additional $1 per hour for any hours over your monthly allotment.
