Invite people to appointments

If necessary, you can invite other experts or clients to join an appointment by sharing a video call link with them. Guests can join a call with a single click via their browser without logging in or downloading anything. Keep reading to learn how to:

• Invite guests before an appointment
• Invite guests to a video call that’s already started

What to expect:

• There can be up to 12 people on a call simultaneously.
• Guests get a link to a video call that will become available 15 minutes before the appointment starts.
• Both you and the client who booked the appointment can invite people to join the call.
• Guests can’t cancel or reschedule appointments to which they’ve been invited.

Invite guests before the appointment

1. Go to Appointments and click on the appointment card.
2. Click Share link.

3. There are two ways to share a video call link:

• Click Copy link to copy the call invitation link and share it with people in any convenient way.
  

• Send an email with a video call link and an invitation to join the call. To do this, enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite and click Send invitation link.

Invite guests to a video call that’s already started

Keep in mind: Only you and the client who booked the appointment can invite people to join the call.

You can invite people to join a video call even after it has started. Here’s how:

1. In the video call, click the Add people icon in the bottom right corner.

2. Share a video call link with guests using one of two methods:

• Click Copy link to copy the call invitation link and share it with people in any convenient way.

• Send an email with a video call link and an invitation to join the call. To do this, enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite and click Send invitation link.
