Join a call
A video call becomes available 15 minutes before an appointment begins, and you can join it in a single click via your web browser. Read our guide to learn how to join a video call:
Invite people to a video call
The client who booked an appointment can invite people to join the video call even when it has already started. Read our guide to learn how.
Share your screen with call participants
During a call, any participant can share their screen. Here’s how:
- Click the Share your screen icon.
- Choose to present the entire screen, a specific application window, or a browser tab.
- Click Share.
- To finish presenting, click the Share your screen icon again.
Chat during a call
Use the in-call chat to write text messages to all call participants. You can open the chat by clicking the Chat icon.
- At the bottom right, click the Chat icon.
- Enter a message.
- Click Send.
Keep in mind: You cannot see messages sent before you joined a call, and once you leave a call, you will no longer be able to access messages from within that call.
Pin a video
If you want to focus on a video of a particular participant, you can pin it to the screen. The video will stay pinned regardless of who’s talking or sharing their screen. Here’s how to pin a video:
- Hover over the video you want to pin.
- Click the Pin icon.
To unpin a video, hover over the pinned video and click the Unpin icon.
Leave a call
When you’ve concluded your video call, click the End call icon. Then click Leave meeting in the window that opens to end the call.
