Manage team seats

Your team size is limited by your subscription plan. However, we know that the size of your team may change. That’s why you can always add or remove seats.

Add more seats

If you have more people joining your team, you can add more seats.

  1. Go to Subscriptions.
  2. In the Team size section, click Manage seats.

  1. Click Add more seats.

  1. Enter how many seats you want to add and click Submit.

Your team size will be changed instantly and you can invite more experts to join your team right away.

Keep in mind: You don’t have to pay immediately. We’ll recalculate the price for your new seats according to the number of days left in the current billing period and add it to your next invoice.

Remove seats

If you have free seats that you no longer need, you can always remove them. Here’s how to do that:

  1. Go to Subscriptions.
  2. In the Team size section, click Manage seats.

  1. Click Remove seats.

  1. Choose how many seats you want to remove and click Submit.

Your team size will be reduced starting from the next billing period. We’ll recalculate the price of your plan according to the number of seats left.

Keep in mind: You can only remove unoccupied team seats. To free up seats, learn how to delete team members from your workspace.
