You can always keep track of how much you’ve paid and what you’ve paid for. Here’s how you can find this information:
- Go to the Subscriptions page.
- Find the billing history section. There you can check the status of your transactions (paid, pending, or failed). You can also see the invoice ID, invoice date, billing method, and other information for each transaction.
- Click on a transaction to open the invoice.
To view the PDF version of an invoice:
- Hover over the transaction.
- Click the three-dot icon.
- Choose View or Download PDF.
In the PDF version of the invoice you’ll see a detailed cost breakdown showing your subscription plan, number of team seats, billing period, and all extra services.
