Add a payment method
ExpertBox uses Stripe as its payment provider. Stripe is an easy-to-use and secure online payment gateway that has a simple fee structure without hidden costs. Here are three steps to link a Stripe account to ExpertBox:
Keep in mind: You need a Pro or Plus ExpertBox subscription to collect payments using ExpertBox. Learn how to upgrade your workspace.
If you already have a Stripe account
Step 1 — Go to Payment methods
Go to Payments > Payment methods and click Connect with Stripe.
Step 2 — Connect your Stripe account
- Find the “Already have a Stripe account?” message at the top of the pop-up, and click Sign in.
- Enter your Stripe credentials (email and password) to sign in to Stripe, then click Continue.
Step 3 — Start accepting payments
Once your ExpertBox account is connected to your Stripe account, you’ll see the “Account is connected” message. Now you can start accepting payments via ExpertBox!

If you don’t have a Stripe account
Step 1 — Go to Payment methods
Go to Payments > Payment methods and click Connect with Stripe.
Step 2 — Create a Stripe account
- Complete the form in the pop-up that opens to create a new Stripe account.
- Click Authorize access to this account at the bottom of the form.
Step 3 — Start accepting payments
Once your ExpertBox account is connected to your newly created Stripe account, you’ll see the “Account is connected” message. Now you can start accepting payments via ExpertBox!
