Access video call recordings
Some ExpertBox plans allow experts to record video calls so participants can watch them later. You’ll see if a call is being recorded. Keep reading to learn how to:
What to expect:
- A video recording is available only to experts and to the client who booked the appointment.
- You need to create an ExpertBox client account and log in to access recordings.
Access recordings
If your expert records a video call, you’ll get an email notification when the recording is ready. You can then a ccess it from the Recordings section of your appointment page.
Keep in mind: You can only access a video recording if you are the client who booked that appointment. If someone invited you to join a video call, you’ll need to contact them to get the recording.
Tip: If you need to share a recording with someone you invited to an appointment, you can download it.
View recordings
You can watch a recording without downloading it. Here’s how:
- Go to Appointments.
- Click on the appointment card of the video call that was recorded.
- Click on the recording in the Video call recordings section.
Download recordings
If you want to save a copy of a video call recording on your device:
- Go to Appointments.
- Click on the appointment card of the video call that was recorded.
- Click the Download icon next to the recording.
You can also download a recording by opening the recording and clicking the Download icon.
