Reset password

You can reset your password when you’re logged in to your ExpertBox client account as well as when you’re not logged in.

Reset your password while not logged in

Whether you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for security reasons, here are the steps you should take to reset your password without being logged in to ExpertBox:

  1. Go to the ExpertBox client login page.
  2. Click Forgot password?

  1. Enter the email address you use to log in to ExpertBox and click Send recovery link.

  1. Check your email and follow the recovery link.
  2. Create a new password.
  3. Click Submit.

Keep in mind: Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters. We recommend using a strong password with both uppercase and lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers.

Tip: If you can’t see the password reset email in your inbox, check your junk mail folder or request another email by clicking Re-send recovery link.

Reset your password while logged in

While logged in to your ExpertBox account, you can reset your password from the Account settings. Here’s how to do in on the web and on mobile:

On the web

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the ExpertBox website.
  2. Select Account settings from the dropdown menu.

  1. Go to Security.
  2. In the Change password section, type your current password and create a strong new password.

  1. Click Save.

Your password will be updated instantly, and you will need to use your new password the next time you log in to ExpertBox.

On mobile

  1. Tap Profile at the bottom of the ExpertBox app.
  2. Select My Account.

  1. In the Change password section, type your current password and create a strong new password.

  1. Click Save.

Your password will be updated instantly, and you will need to use your new password the next time you log in to ExpertBox.
