Change email

The email address you use to log in to your ExpertBox client account is where you’ll get all important messages: appointment reminders, receipts, password reset emails, and confirmation links. Here’s how to change your email address on the web and on mobile to keep it up to date:

On the web

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the ExpertBox website.
  2. Select Account settings from the dropdown menu. 

  1. In the Update email section, enter your new email address and your current password.
  2. Click Save. We’ll send a confirmation link to your new email address.
  1. Check your new email account and follow the confirmation link to start using your new address.

Keep in mind: The confirmation link will be valid for 24 hours only. If you don’t confirm your new address during this time, we’ll keep using your old address.

On mobile

  1. Tap Profile at the bottom of the ExpertBox app.

  1. Tap My Account.
  2. In the Update email section, enter your new email address and your current password.
  3. Tap Save. We’ll send a confirmation link to your new email address.

  1. Check your new email account and follow the confirmation link to start using your new address.

Keep in mind: The confirmation link will be valid for 24 hours only. If you don’t confirm your new address during this time, we’ll keep using your old address.
