Change email
The email address you use to log in to your ExpertBox client account is where you’ll get all important messages: appointment reminders, receipts, password reset emails, and confirmation links. Here’s how to change your email address on the web and on mobile to keep it up to date:
On the web
- Click your name in the top right corner of the ExpertBox website.
- Select Account settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the Update email section, enter your new email address and your current password.
- Click Save. We’ll send a confirmation link to your new email address.
- Check your new email account and follow the confirmation link to start using your new address.
Keep in mind: The confirmation link will be valid for 24 hours only. If you don’t confirm your new address during this time, we’ll keep using your old address.
On mobile
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the ExpertBox app.
- Tap My Account.
- In the Update email section, enter your new email address and your current password.
- Tap Save. We’ll send a confirmation link to your new email address.
- Check your new email account and follow the confirmation link to start using your new address.
Keep in mind: The confirmation link will be valid for 24 hours only. If you don’t confirm your new address during this time, we’ll keep using your old address.
