Accept a reschedule request

Plans change, and sometimes an expert may ask you to reschedule an appointment. I f this happens, you’ll get a notification and will be able to choose a new time for your meeting, or decline the request. Here’s how to do it:

To accept a reschedule request:

  1. Open the chat with your expert.
  2. On the Reschedule request card, click/tap Select new time.

  1. Select a new date and time and click Reschedule.

To decline a reschedule request:

If you can’t have a meeting at another time, you can decline the reschedule request.  In this case your appointment time will stay the same.

Keep in mind: The expert might cancel the appointment instead.

Here’s how to decline the reschedule request:

  1. Open the chat with your expert.
  2. On the Reschedule request card, click/tap Decline request.

  1. Select Decline request again to confirm.
