Set working hours
Edit your regular schedule
Decide how much you’ll work each day. Here’s how to edit your daily schedule:
- Go to Availability > Regular availability.
- Click and drag the pointer on the calendar to select your working hours for each day.
- Add breaks.
- Save changes.
Set a date-specific schedule
If you need to change working hours on a specific date:
- Go to Availability > Date-specific availability.
- The page that opens will display the current week. Use the dropdown calendar or the arrows on the right to find the date you need, then select it.
- Click and drag the pointer on the calendar to add or remove working hours for the selected date.
- Save changes.
Edit team members’ schedules
If you’re a team workspace owner or administrator, you can also manage team members’ schedules. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Availability and choose the type of calendar you want to edit: Regular availability or Date-specific availability.
- Type the name of the team member whose schedule you wish to edit in the field above the calendar, or select the team member from the dropdown list.
- Use the dropdown calendar or the arrows on the right to find the date you need, then select it.
- Click and drag the pointer on the calendar to add or remove working hours.
- Save changes.
