Getting started for workspace creators
What is ExpertBox?
ExpertBox is your digital assistant that helps you get more clients, provide seamless experience, and get paid instantly. Keep everything at hand with our smart booking system, easy calendar management, safe audio and video chat, and automated billing.
What to know before getting started
- When you create a workspace, you become the workspace owner.
- There are two types of workspaces: personal and team.
- A personal workspace is just for you. In a team workspace, you create a company URL that will be used by all team members to access ExpertBox.
- Choose a subscription plan and a workspace type.
- Enter your email and create a strong password.
- Check your email for a confirmation link.
Set up your account
Now you’re a few steps away from starting work in ExpertBox!
Step 1 — Provide general information
Help people get to know you. Clients will see this information when making an appointment, so be sure to include your photo and information about yourself!
Step 2 — Add your location
Specify your time zone and location to help people from all over the world book appointments with you. By default, your time zone is synchronized with the time zone of your browser.
Step 3 — Set a company profile
If you’re a team workspace owner, you’ll need to enter information about your company: its name, logo, address, and contact details. Your company profile is also the place to create your company’s unique URL. This is your workspace name followed by the ExpertBox domain (e.g. tulip-inc.expertbox.com). Your team members will use it to access your workspace on ExpertBox.
Step 4 — Invite team members
To add people to your team, you need to email them invitation links. Enter your team members’ email addresses and choose their roles in your workspace: administrator or expert. To find out more, read our article about roles in ExpertBox.
Not ready to invite team members? You can skip this step and do it later.
Now that you’ve created your account, let’s bring your ExpertBox to life! Your next steps will depend on your workspace type and your role in ExpertBox. Here’s what you need to do to get started:
Team workspace owner
Team workspace admin
Team workspace expert
Congratulations! You’re good to go.
