Reset Password

You can reset your password:

Reset your password while logged out

Whether you forgot your password or need to reset it for security reasons, here are the steps you should take:

  1. Go to the ExpertBox login page.
  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter the email address associated with your ExpertBox account and click Send recovery link.

  1. Check your email associated with your ExpertBox account and follow the recovery link.
  2. Create a new password.

  1. Click Submit.

Keep in mind: Your password must consist of a minimum of 6 characters. We recommend using a strong password with both uppercase and lowercase characters, symbols, and numbers.

Tip: If you can’t see the password reset email in your inbox, check your junk mail folder or request another email by clicking Re-send recovery link.

Reset your password while logged in

While logged in, you can reset your password from the Account Settings. Here’s how:

  1. Click your workspace name in the top right.
  2. Select Account settings from the menu.

  1. In the Change password section, type your current password and create a new password.
  2. Click Save.

Your password will be updated instantly, and you’ll need to use your new password the next time you log in to ExpertBox.
