Change email or password

You can change your email or password from the Account Settings. Here’s how to access the settings interface:

  1. Click your name or your workspace name in the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings from the menu.

Update your email address

  1. Go to your Account Settings.
  2. In the Update email section, enter your new email address and current password.
  3. Click Save. We’ll send a confirmation link to the new email address.
  4. Check your email and follow the confirmation link to start using your new email address for ExpertBox. Until then, we’ll keep using your old email.

Keep in mind: The confirmation link will be valid for 24 hours only. If you don’t confirm your new address during this time, we’ll keep using your old address.

Change password

  1. Go to your Account Settings.
  2. In the Change password section, type your current password and create a new password.
  3. Click Save.

Your password will be updated instantly, and you’ll need to use your new password the next time you log in to ExpertBox.

Keep in mind: Your password must be at least 6 characters long. We recommend using a strong password with both uppercase and lowercase characters, symbols, and numbers.
