Change email or password
You can change your email or password from the Account Settings. Here’s how to access the settings interface:
- Click your name or your workspace name in the top right corner.
- Select Account Settings from the menu.
Update your email address
- Go to your Account Settings.
- In the Update email section, enter your new email address and current password.
- Click Save. We’ll send a confirmation link to the new email address.
- Check your email and follow the confirmation link to start using your new email address for ExpertBox. Until then, we’ll keep using your old email.
Keep in mind: The confirmation link will be valid for 24 hours only. If you don’t confirm your new address during this time, we’ll keep using your old address.
Change password
- Go to your Account Settings.
- In the Change password section, type your current password and create a new password.
- Click Save.
Your password will be updated instantly, and you’ll need to use your new password the next time you log in to ExpertBox.
Keep in mind: Your password must be at least 6 characters long. We recommend using a strong password with both uppercase and lowercase characters, symbols, and numbers.
